Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

No Liability For Damages

Terms and Conditions Related to Lang Assistant

Lye Software LLC does not assert ownership of the ChatGPT model that is used in Lang Assistant. OpenAI is the owner of the ChatGPT model. The Lye Software LLC technology used in Lang Assistant are the prompt and the parsing methods used to read the Studysheet.

Can I trust Lang Assistant to tell me the truth?

Lang Assistant is not connected to the internet, and it can occasionally produce incorrect answers. It has limited knowledge of world and events after 2021 and may also occasionally produce harmful instructions or biased content.

Similarity of content

Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique across users and the Services may generate the same or similar output for Lye Software, OpenAI or a third party. For example, you may provide input to a model such as “What color is the sky?” and receive output such as “The sky is blue.” Other users may also ask similar questions and receive the same response. Responses that are requested by and generated for other users are not considered your Content.

Lang Assistant Data Collection

Lye Software collects any data sent to Lang Assistant. This data is used to improve Lang Assistant's responses and is never used for advertising.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

DMCA & Copyright

If you believe that any work or property on our Website is the copyright of You or an entity that You represent, please send an email to legal@lye.software.

This email should include the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that You claim has been infringed upon
An identifier of the location at which the material can be found upon the Website
Notice: If this material is within a Lang Studysheet, the username and email address of the Studysheet owner as well as the name of the Studysheet must be provided. If this information is not provided, Lye Software LLC may not be able to remove the infringing material.
